When you decide to partner up with Genie’s Therapeutics, we start an entire onboarding process that includes excellent customer support for you and your customers. Aside from the quality of our products, we want to give you many more reasons to recommend us! Our tails couldn’t wag faster to have you join our mission to improve the quality of life for every canine, one dog at a time.

Application Process

Once you decide that you would like to partner with Genies Therapeutics, we invite you to fill out the application below. Once your application is submitted the affiliate team will review it and either reach out to you for further questions or approve your application. Once you have been approved you will receive an email correspondence giving you the information you will need to sign in to your affiliate dashboard.

Within your affiliate dashboard, you will see your personal link to the Genies Therapeutics webpage along with information on how your sales are doing. In the next step in getting you set up, we will have you choose a time at your convenience to complete your Genies Therapeutics OnBoard Training.

Onboarding

From the moment you are approved, you will have direct contact information for your personal affiliate advisor. Your affiliate advisor will share the affiliate schedule with you so you can sign up for a 30 min relaxed video chat. During this chat, we will walk you through setting up your dashboard and how to utilize it, discuss our products in-depth, and go over any questions you may have regarding the program. We ask that you commit to the onboarding process within 3 weeks after approval. We want to empower you through education and support, after all, even search and rescue dogs needed a bit of training!

Once the Affiliate Partnership is formed

Even after your onboarding is complete, you can count on continued customer Service from Genie’s Therapeutics. Whether it’s your affiliate advisor following up with you to ensure that you are seeing those new, and reoccurring revenue streams, or an employee getting a specific question answered by one of our Hemp-Certified Veterinary Professionals, we assure you that we will be here for you every paw-print of the way.
